Bathroom waterproofing and ceiling leak repair in Assagao
Recurring ceiling stains at a private villa were initially believed to originate from the terrace. Controlled testing instead traced the water to an incorrectly terminated air-conditioning condensate pipe beneath the first-floor bathroom and utility area.
The drainage was corrected, saturated screed was removed, the bathroom floor was rebuilt and waterproofed, and cracks in the ceiling below were treated. The affected areas remained dry throughout the subsequent 2025 monsoon.

Terrace waterproofing at a Panjim apartment building
An exposed 1,400 sq. ft. terrace had developed leakage through a movement-related crack, blocked rainwater outlet and failed parapet details. Water was entering the top-floor apartment and had begun dripping near a ceiling light fitting.
The drainage outlet was restored, damaged screed and cracks were repaired, an APP-modified bituminous membrane system was installed, and the parapet coping and junctions were resealed. No further leakage was observed during testing or the remainder of the 2024 monsoon.

Industrial metal-roof leakage repair in Verna
An operational manufacturing and storage facility had multiple roof leaks affecting production equipment, finished-goods storage and an area containing an electrical distribution panel.
Inspection identified deteriorated fixing seals, open sheet seams, a detached gutter section and failed ventilation flashing. These defects were repaired before a liquid-applied waterproofing system was applied across the prepared roof. All four leakage zones were resolved without stopping production.

What these projects demonstrate
The three projects presented different symptoms and required different solutions:
