A completed waterproofing project in South Goa
At a manufacturing facility in the Verna Industrial Estate, water was entering through failed seals around roof fasteners, open sheet overlaps, flashing junctions and sections of the gutter system.
We carried out repairs across approximately 4,800 square feet of metal roofing. The work included replacing defective fasteners and washers, sealing roof-sheet overlaps, repairing gutter and flashing junctions, and applying a reinforced liquid waterproofing system to the vulnerable areas. The 11-day project was completed without stopping production.
